“Aloha” Baked Spareribs

Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Spareribs
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- 16 oz Canned Tomato Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup White House Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 ½ cups pineapple tidbits with juice
- ½ tsp dry mustard
Instructions
- Cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place in shallow pan, bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour. Caution: HOT! Pour off excess fat.
- Pour off excess fat.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients (including White House Apple Cider Vinegar) and pour over the ribs.
- Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
- Baste frequently by spooning mixture over ribs.

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 5 tsp. salt
- 2 ½ cup White House White Distilled Vinegar
- 2 cans beer
- 5 lbs fresh or frozen shrimp
Instructions
- In saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
- Bring to boil.
- Add shrimp; stir gently
- Cover; steam until tender, approximately 10 minutes per pound for small, 20 minutes per pound for large shrimp.
- Drain and remove shell and vein on back.
- Leave the shrimp to cool and serve over salad or rice.
